Take I-75 South which will merge with I-64 East. In 2.6 miles (after the merge), take Exit #115 (BG Parkway-Airport-Lexington) onto Newtown Pike (KY-922 S) toward Lexington/Airport/Keeneland. Go 3.6 miles, then turn left on W. Main St (US-25-Br). In 0.4 miles, bear right. This will become a one-way street and will turn into W. Vine St (US-25-Br). In 0.3 miles, turn right on S. Upper St.. In 0.7 miles, this will become S. Limestone (US-27) and in another mile will become Nicholasville Road. Bluegrass Plastic Surgery will be on your right at 1707 Nicholasville Road. Parking and entrance are at the rear of the building.
From the North:
From the South:
Take I-75 North to Exit #104 (Lexington/Athens). Turn left on Athens Boonesboro Road (Ky-418) which will become Richmond Road (US 25-N). Go approximately 4 miles, then turn left on Man O’ War Blvd. Go 1 mile, then turn right on Alumni Drive. Go approximately 4 miles, then turn left on Nicholasville Road (US-27). Arrive at Bluegrass Plastic Surgery, 1707 Nicholasville Road on your right. Parking and entrance are at the rear of the building.
From the East:
Take I-64 West to Exit #81 (I-75 South). Go 1.5 miles, then take Exit #110 (Lexington). In 0.3 miles, turn right on Winchester Road (US-60). In 1.8 miles, take left ramp onto New Circle Road (KY-4-S). [Alternatively, take US-60 West to New Circle Road (KY-4-S).]
Go approximately 3 miles then take Exit #16 - Alumni Drive and turn right onto Alumni Drive. Go 3.2 miles, then turn left on Nicholasville Road (US-27). Arrive at Bluegrass Plastic Surgery, 1707 Nicholasville Road on your right. Parking and entrance are at the rear of the building.
From the West:
(From Frankfort/Versailles): Take US-60 East to New Circle Road (KY-4-S) - ramp will be on right. Go 4.4 miles to Exit #19 - Nicholasville Road (US-27). Turn left onto Nicholasville Road and go 1.8 miles. Arrive at Bluegrass Plastic Surgery, 1707 Nicholasville Road on your left. Parking and entrance are at the rear of the building.
(From Louisville): Take I-64 East to Exit 115 (BG Parkway/Airport/Lexington) onto Newtown Pike (KY-922 S) toward Lexington/Airport/Keeneland. Follow instructions above (From the North).
